Sarah has studied with leaders in the field of organisational systemic dynamics including Jan Jacob Stam, Georg Senorer, Claude Rosselet, Gunthard Weber and Matthias Varga von Kibed & Insa Sparrer amongst others. David has over twenty years experience in organisational development and business transformation consulting to a wide range of well known global brands, fast growing private companies and not for profit organisations.

He has worked in over twenty-five countries based at different times in Sydney, Auckland, London, Cairo and Basel.

He has degrees in Sociology and Psychology and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Behaviour. David also spent a number of years as a rugby player and coach in England, Italy, Australia and the United States. He has been working with and learning about Constellations for over 10 years.
