David has over twenty years experience in organisational development and business transformation consulting to a wide range of well known global brands, fast growing private companies and not for profit organisations.
He has worked in over twenty-five countries based at different times in Sydney, Auckland, London, Cairo and Basel.
He has degrees in Sociology and Psychology and a Masters in Industrial and Organisational Behaviour. David also spent a number of years as a rugby player and coach in England, Italy, Australia and the United States. He has been working with and learning about Constellations for over 10 years.

These include, publishing, printing, book-selling, education services, and textile manufacturing, where Dean provides leadership teams with tools for successfully navigating dramatic market shifts.
Commencing training in systemic constellation work in 2008, Dean is committed to developing its professional and organisational presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Dean is also a writer, his book Daddy’s OK: fathers’ stories of separation, divorce and rebuilding, was published by New Holland in 2012.

An organizational development specialist, executive coach and facilitator – Susan Kroening is keenly interested in approaches and tools that help to unlock organizational dynamics and unrealized potential.
Passionate about people, and with extensive Corporate experience Susan specializes in the ‘soft’ skills and organisational values, vision, culture and people strategy. She focuses on creating and cultivating innovative leadership, sustainable learning methodologies and leading-edge people management practices, resulting in high performing work cultures.
Her organisational work targets the exploration and application of mindsets and behaviours for leaders, individuals and teams that create self-responsibility, resilience, trust, alignment, action, collaboration and results.
